Our Refund Policy

Thanks for using Parcel Daily operated by Axvel Sdn Bhd (1248076-A) for your parcel delivery.

Our website operates through a top-up model, whereby users are required to purchase credit via our website. Users are able to purchase credit via bank transfer and credit card payment.

Credit balances are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE in CASH.

Refunds are only eligible if an order is fully cancelled and has not been scanned by our courier partners. User account will ONLY be credited with credits equivalent to the cancelled order. There shall be NO cash refund for cancelled orders.

All bookings are non-refundable if “cancelled” bookings are scanned into systems, and Parceldaily.com reserve the right to deduct the user’s credit should the credit had already been refunded, and parceldaily.com shall reserve the right to deduct additional credit as per the weight scanned into the system by the courier partners.
