We are looking for a developer to help us develop our platform and bring new ideas/solutions.

You will be required to understand and explore features and functionalities in competitors’ websites, propose new ideas for the product website, code technical solutions to design requirements.
What you'll be doing
- Identify the system’s deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Propose new ideas, features and functionalities of existing systems.
- Understand and explore features and functionalities in competitors’ websites and propose new ideas and the product website.
- Understand technical and functional design requirements based on business flows and processes.
- Code technical solutions and debug existing/new modules.
- Code effectively and take into consideration reusability of codes using object-oriented programming.
- Evaluate system’s actual functionality in relation to expected or intended functionality.
- Benchmark code’s performance based on CPU utilization, network utilization, IO utilization, etc and make necessary and set timeline for projects.
- Assign tasks to team members and set a timeline for projects.
- Be involved in research and development of new technologies, concepts and products
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable academic institutions, with specialization in IT/Software Development discipline.
- Possesses knowledge of NodeJS (ExpressJS), ReactJS / VueJS, MongoDB, Docker, Amazon Web Services, Webflow.io
- Possesses knowledge of Python 3, MySQL, HTML5, JS, Bootstrap and CSS3.
- Possesses knowledge of web services protocol.
- Highly motivated to excel and pick up emerging technologies.
- Possesses good command of English, as well as analytical and excellent problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work well under pressure and accepts criticism positively.
- Pleasant disposition, and possesses a positive work attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Added bonus for experience in the courier & logistic industry
- Added bonus for experience in e-commerce platform integration : Shopify, woo commerce, etc
